WebHello, new to Chitubox and wondering why this keeps happening. I try and splice a file and it takes a while and instead of the disired file type it becomes a TMP file. I just bought an Elegoo Saturn S and used ChituBox for slicing. I had sliced a couple of models but for some reason the printer stopped recognizing the .ctb files the other day. I sliced a model and started the print, but it failed. Then when I tweaked the settings and sliced again, the printer said that the file was an unrecognized file type.

The manual that came with the new pro is wrong is how chitubox is going to save the file. There is no export option but the ctb file that is exported can be read by the mars pro. So it is possible for third party software to write .ctb files that work with the new firmware. However, the variable speed is not implemented in UVTools. For photon workshop, google photon mono software, go to the anycubic website, and download the latest version there. Make sure you change your settings to the Mono and it should slice as the correct file type.
