WebBottom line, the FX series is getting older, when BOTW first started decently way back in the 1.7+ days, FPS++ was but a dream and I we had to resort to using Cheat Engine to be able to play the game at something resembling smoothness. Perhaps mess with FPS++ or Static FPS as your graphics pack of choice and see if it helps.
